and jesus said to him 'foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests but the son of man has nowhere to lay his head.'

holy father
for a long time
ive waited
and longed for direction
and hoped
and prayed
for an end
to our trial
but as i heard you speak tonite
thru these recorded words -
as i heard your voice
blast thru them
and land on my heart
saying 'ive been there.'
'i know.'
'trust me.'
as this happened
i realized
there is nowhere else id rather be
if you are right here
with us.
